In The Demon's Head #181: Demons Within
March 12, 2014
Hola all, it's Hump day and that means another post from yours truly. Today's post is a dark one that discusses the demon's that we all have inside. Today's post was inspired by the picture below and the piece, entitled "Demons Within" looks at the hell inside all of us. Take a look at the picture, and then read the post. If you enjoy what you read, please give this a share.
Demons Within
Every night,
Before I go to bed,
I feel it fighting inside me,
Trying to escape out,
But I can't stop it,
And eventually,
I feel it take over,
And every morning,
I wake up in a ditch,
Sore,
And feeling like,
I've done something,
I can't take back,
I can't remember,
But as I lay here,
And try to fight the inevitable,
I realize,
It's happening again,
And it will tomorrow,
And the next day,
And there's nothing I can do to stop it,
I finish this,
And lay to sleep,
Should you read this,
Please find the monster,
And kill it,
I don't care what,
Comes of me,
Kill the monster,
And silence,
The Demons within,
Afterward
I thought the picture told this story blatantly. It's weird how a picture can tell me stories like it does. I enjoyed this piece and I hope that you do as well. I'd love to read your comments on what you read. If you liked it, please give it a share using the channels at the top and bottom of the post.
If you want to pick up some of my available work, check out the library. If you want to get social with me pick your poison of choice here. Last but not least, sign up to the mailing list to stay ahead of the game and learn new things that I'm up to.
Until the next time you want to take a trip through the gates of hell, and into the demon's head, I'm Kyle Robinson wishing you a safe trip back to the surface.
