You live, you learn, and you expand. That's the motto that I've lived by for the last couple of days. In the course of those days, I began to wonder what would happen if I moved the blog for a second time. In case your curious, let me give you a brief history lesson.
I started this blog as a series of notes on my Facebook Page back in beginning of 2012. I wasn't sure where I was going in life, and what I wanted to do with myself. I started experimenting heavy with writing. Now don't think that this was something that became my "out". I had actually been writing for about 10 years prior to that. Writing has always been an option, so I pursued it. Thus, "In The Demon's Head" Was born.

A few months after the debut edition, I learned of blogger. I moved the blog over there some time toward the end of 2012. I can say that during the time at blogger, I've learned what works and what doesn't. What doesn't work is that I was trying to teach about writing, something that I was still a baby in myself. I also realized that the teaching post as I'll call them, didn't have the passion that I wanted from my writing. The blog actually took a small break for a few months as I tried to discover what it was that I wanted out of that blog.
When I resumed work on it at the beginning of 2013 I realized that teaching wasn't an option. Instead, I just decided to give weekly updates on my progress of the different projects. This idea worked okay, but still wasn't what I wanted. Finally, My girlfriend Liz Butler had a blockbuster idea. "What If you write new pieces centered around pictures that I give you?" New picture, new pieces, 3 times a week.
The idea took some time to take off but I realized that it worked. Thus, the "Photo-blogging" challenge was born. I've since dropped that tag line, but the pieces keep coming. Then, a few days ago, I started to realize that a majority of your well-known and professional looking authors, had the blogs on their website. It was then that I also realized that my Website, was the ultimate end-all as far as my platform went. I decided at that moment that I wanted both of these tools to work seemelessly together.
That brings us to today.
I can't guarantee that this move will be permanent. What this is, is me testing the waters. The idea seems like a great one. In fact I really love the idea of my blog being part of my website. But I don't want to make the move completely official, until I know that this is the system and the way that I want it to work. If this is permanent though, I'd like to make sure that some of my followers are able to pick up each new post that's published. In order to subscribe, just click the RSS button on the right, and copy the link into your favorite reader. It should be that simple. Also, if I'm not mistaken, the comments section should be a little easier to use. With that being the case, I'd love your comments on this decision, and this move. Feel free to share them below.
The new journey begins with a brand new post tomorrow, and I'm glad that I'm making the calls to move this blog in what I feel is the right direction. So until the next time that you want to take a trip through the gates of hell, and into the demon's head, I'm Kyle Robinson wishing you a safe trip back to the surface.
