August 31, 2015
Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of “In The Demon’s Head” don’t adjust your computer screens, I am in fact coming to you two days in a row. Today’s post comes as we get ready to enter September, which means that Summer really is a behind us. This past three months has been extremely eventful for me for a number of reasons which include the fact that I’ve been editing and writing like mad. Let’s start with the most recent development in my world of written words.

When One Draft ends, another begins…
I finished the edits on the first draft of my novel that’s going to be released next year. I sent it to my editor and really hope that he doesn’t completely destroy it, though I’ll be sure to share the outcome with you once I get it for myself. But, as most of you are likely aware, a writers work isn’t ever done, or so it seems.
As I finished the first book in the trilogy, the second one awaits edits. Which I began today. I hope to have this entire one edited much quicker and sent to my editor. There’s a third book in the triology already written and awaiting editing as well. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get to that before NaNoWriMo in November but if not, I will have it finished before the end of the year. As of this current plan, I intend for all three of the novels to be released in 2016. There might be some other writings released next year as well but right now, I intend for at least those three novels to see the light of day, and next year I’ll start work on projects for 2017.
A Return to Short Form
Just because I’m in the midst of editing and getting some of the bigger works that are going to hit the shelves next year doesn’t mean that you aren’t getting some stuff from me this year. I mean I know that in the last few months, I’ve not published much in the way of new content outside of this blog. There are a few things on Wattpad, and I intend to launch some new stuff there and on my website in the coming weeks.
I’m not completely sure how I’m going to post them on the website yet but the objective is to release some more small stuff so that people get a taste for the stories that I write. My whole point of attack between this blog, facebook, and everything on the website is to achieve one goal, I want people to want to read the words that I write. It’s all a bonding thing. I want people interested, and I want to make as many friends as possible interested in my work.
With that said, I’ll keep you updated as things become available on Wattpad. I’m likely going to start with uploading and moving More Than Memories one piece at a time in the coming weeks, once that’s finished, I intend to upload a new poem, and then I will start with some stories.
Final Thoughts
We’re entering the final quarter of 2015. That means that it’s time to push even harder then before. I’m going to be pulling triple duty if need be so that I can complete everything that I want to finish before the end of the year.
That could mean some sleepless nights…
