In The Demons’ Head #258: The World Around Us
July 29, 2016
Wheat’s up guys and welcome to another edition of “In The Demons’ Head” Todays post is another one of those post that really just begs the question, what the fuck is this guy thinking? Because honestly, this post is another one of those topics that could be looked at like it’s coming out of left field for no apparent reason. In short I want to talk today about the world we live in and the world around us and why I think that the world we live in is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the things we know about the universe we inhabit.

Now, this post isn’t pro-religion, it isn’t anti-religion, it’s just a post about one man’s simple thoughts. Or not so simple depending on how you look at it. So this post idea came to me a few weeks back as I sat in my best friends pool talking bullshit, life, politics, and we floated around under the night sky. Among the conversation it turned to the sky above us and how we realized that all of those stars are planets, which have their own system, and so on and so forth. It’s in that thought process you realize how small you are as a person, how small everything around you is
So we talked about the idea of intelligent life on other planets. This is one of those topics that you’ll get a lot of argument on because a lot of people who observe different religions will tell you that we’re the only intelligent creatures that exists in the universe and I just find that such a HARD thing to believe. Like it’s almost completely insane that we as humans are the only intelligent life that walk on a planet in this universe. I just can’t wrap my head around that.
You see, and this is one of those moments where you read this and you start to realize the type of man that I am, my beliefs are weird so to speak. I don’t observe a religion. In a way maybe I should I mean I defied every law of science and medicine to become the man you see before you, but that’s beyond the fact. I’ve always been a skeptic more of organized religion and the belief in God so to speak because of things like the idea that we’re all that out here. It’s the open ended-ness of my thoughts that keep me off the religion train.
So then ask yourself, Kyle what do you believe in? I believe in life, and reality. I believe that the world that we inhabit isn’t all there is. I believe that we’re just here for part of a ride that last much longer then what we’re told it does. I believe that so many things are possible, and the only thing for certain is death. That might also be an asinine way of thinking to some and I can respect that but ask yourself this, what if it’s true? At the end of the day are we really spending our lives getting ready to die? I don’t think so. I think that there’s more to this life then meets the eye.
I’m sorry if this post kind of swirled a little bit, that wasn’t the intention by any means. Instead I had meant to talk more about the idea that aliens and those kinds of creatures may be among us already and it didn’t quite turn out that way. But you know, it could very well be true. We were made in the eye of the creator, and some of us were given gifts far beyond our own comprehension. What if we’re the aliens that we’re so afraid exist? What if over time, we’ve become the thing that’s most feared across the universe? What if we’re the horror stories other civilizations tell their kids at night? I don’t know if any of it’s true but I did read a fun quote on Facebook one time that made me laugh. It goes something like this. “Does anyone think that humankind is really just a fucked up experiment where we’re all in a jar on some E.T kids shelf. He created us all, and likely got a C+ for the experiment?”
Who knows, maybe that’s the case and the thing is that we’ll never likely really know. So what are your thoughts on the space around us, and the air we inhabit? Share your thoughts in the comments below I would love to hear them. In the meantime, please feel free to follow me on Twitter, like me on Facebook, and subscribe to the mailing list. Until the next time you want to take a trip into the gates of hell and into the demos’ head, I’m Kyle Robinson wishing you a safe trip back to the surface.
