In The Demon's Head #171: Peaceful
January 27, 2014
Hello guys, welcome to another edition of In The Demon's Head. I'm finally sitting down to write the post that I've been promising since the beginning of the year. Most of these post won't have updates like some of the other ones did. Mainly because I'm writing them well in advance, that way I can have them available for you. So you'll read a small description of the poem, see the picture then you'll be able to read the post. I hope you guys enjoy what I'm doing here. As always feel free to share your comments in the section below the post. Let's get started with the first post.

Peaceful
At one point,
It was all so peaceful,
So tranquil,
So enjoyable,
But that point,
Came too late,
That point,
Came when they were all gone,
All dead,
And sank,
In the future,
The war won't be what's talked about,
The peace that followed,
That will be their talking point,
I'll sit,
And watch the waves,
Created by wind,
Lap,
Against the battle ground,
Where so many lost their lives,
And I'll rock,
Back and forth,
Tasting the blood in the air,
And smile,
Because they'll never see me,
But they'll know my name,
Because soon,
I'll be the one,
They see in their mirrors,
And the peace that they fought so hard for,
Will be lost,
That's what they deserve,
For separating,
A mother from her child.
Afterward
I'm not very good with happy things, especially in my writing. The picture originally seems like it would be a happy overtone, but I saw the other side of this picture. I hope that you guys enjoyed the post and I'd love to read your comments. Post them below.
You can check out the library, and pick up either of the pieces I have available. I plan on expanding the library a bit this year, we'll have to see how it goes. I'll keep ya'll updated. You can also join me on social media. Check it out by clicking here, and pick the poison of your choice. Until the next time you want to take a trip through the gates of hell and into the demon's head, I'm Kyle Robinson wishing you a safe trip back to the surface.
